Refund Policy

We want every member to feel confident joining True English. This page explains how refunds work in practice.

Memberships

Studio Member · Director Member

• 7 calendar day refund window from the purchase date.
• After 7 days, membership purchases are generally non-refundable.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals only.
• Your access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

Coaching Member

Before the first lesson

100% refund is available.

After coaching has begun

Unused lessons may be refunded fairly.

The refund calculation is:

• Total package price
• minus completed lessons
• equals the refundable amount

No cancellation penalties. No artificial fees.

Exceptional circumstances

True English may issue full or partial refunds at its discretion in situations such as:

• Medical emergencies
• Force majeure events
• Inability to continue participation
• Service delivery failures on our side

Refund requests are reviewed fairly and in good faith. Email info@truenglish.school to request a refund.

Payments

Payments are securely processed by authorized third-party payment providers. Approved refunds are issued through the same provider used for the original purchase.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
