How to send a notice
If you believe content on True English infringes a copyright you own or represent, contact us and we will review the report promptly. Please include enough information for us to identify the work and the location of the material on our platform.
What to include
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- URL of the page on True English where the material appears
- Your contact information (name, email, address)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief in that regard.
